Deposit policy

When is a deposit non-refundable?

Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
No-call no-show: Failing to arrive for your appointment without prior notification.
Late arrivals: Every appointment has a 10-minute grace period. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean a late fee, or your appointment may be cancelled.

Who pays a deposit?

Lengthy services: Appointments that require extended time slots.
After a no-call no-show: If you have previously missed an appointment without notice.
After a late cancellation: If you cancelled a prior service within 24 hours of the appointment.

Lash services

Deposits for lash services are non-refundable under all circumstances.
